Phone update...

Well- it's been a few weeks since we've posted so I thought I better try to do post with my phone. Our computer stopped working after taking a tumble a couple weeks ago and it would cost more to fix the 7-yr.-old thing than to buy a new one so we decided to just get a new one, but haven't done it yet.  This is our last week of school and watching extra kids and everyone is sooooo ready for summer!  We leave for Idaho on Saturday!! Excited to see our families and for some cooler weather- it was 108 yesterday! Max had preschool graduation last week and was a character as usual. The boys were supposed to go on a father/son camp out, but it got canceled due to poor planning :( We've got a busy week ahead of us as we finish up the school year and get ready for Idaho! Hope everyone is doing well and can't wait to see you all!

Here's a short little video for those of you who didn't see it on Facebook :)

Happy Mother's Day/Anniversary!
Today has been wonderful.  Corey and I celebrated 18 years of marriage and the chance to be a mom to 6 amazing children.  Life is good.
Mostly I'll just put pictures, but also an update, we are moving May 30 to another rental house.  This landlord here was determined to kick us out.  So after a formal eviction letter, our attorney was able to come back with strong reasons why he's crazy to go forward with it and that he needed to just let us move out at the end of May and drop it.  So apparently he agreed.  We haven't signed anything yet, so hopefully he won't have another crazy episode and we'll just move on and never hear from him again. :)  This next house is a true blessing, it's cheaper, and also a month to month lease.  So we won't be burdened with a time frame as we finish our house.
We've set the dates for our Idaho summer vacation.  We'll drive there June 28, 29 and stay until the first weekend of August.  Corey will go back and forth to work.  We're so excited to come and hope to be able to see all of you while we're there!

After Faylene left, we had another little string of visitors.  My brother Jeff and his wife came to get dental work done.  It was short but sweet.  I love one on one time with family.  This pic was after a morning run.
Next up.  Josh and Amanda and their kids came for a week.  We can't explain how great it was to have them here.  You were such easy guests, and so fun to have . We played games, went to Six Flags, watched shows, and loved catching up.  We didn't want them to leave, and missed them as soon as they were gone.  Thanks for coming guys!

Clara and Lexie, little chefs

Clara, wiped out after six flags.  fell asleep with her burrito in front of her

These three crazies laying in a puddle outside.  They played in the water forever!
This picture of them playing headbands was taking maybe
10 minutes after they got here.  I went upstairs to find them all and found them playing already!  So cute!
We got a date night with Josh and Amanda at the famous Saltgrass! :)

Amanda and I took the kids (except my school kids) to story time at the library.  They loved it!

 Six Flags!
The three navigators, checking out the map.  Which ride should we hit next?
Josh and Corey holding the twins:)

And this is Nori's field trip to the arboretum, I don't know why she wasn't in the pictures, but these posers were:) and it's a little out of order.

 Happy Easter!

Family Home Evening activity...watch each other do tricks on the tramp
This was Saturday night, our anniversary date night.
This is my mother's day gang!  Love being a mom so much!

Playing at the park for playgroup.  I'm treasuring the time with these little friends.
Ok, there's nori at her field trip.  She was so sweet to her siblings.  And some random girl in her class really took to Ephraim:)
This is Nori at six flags sorry its all out of order.  At least I'm posting.
These next pictures are from my trip to UT.  I was able to go help my sister with her new baby.  Loved seeing Tracen and Melissa's babies, and Alexis's new Emma.
selfie with my skinny brother Tracen, he's lost 60 pounds in 5 months.  Going strong!

I got to see my parents as well.  They are temple missionaries, and every 6 months the temple closes for cleaning and the missionaries get a little time off.  Most travel home or to Hawaii:)  Since my sister just had her baby, they chose to come home.  It was awesome to see them.  They are having an incredible experience on their mission.  They have a little less than a year left.

Wish I could've seen my Clarkston family.  It was really weird to be in Logan and not be with Christensens!  I wish I'd have had a car to come visit.  I really wanted a run with Megan.  This summer maybe? :)

Right when I returned, it was the father son campout, so we had a girls night.  Target, Chick-fil-a, new outfits, and minion cupcakes:)

This is us on our front porch:)  They got even more framed this last week, they're about ready to start the second floor.
Now we're just packing up our house every second of every day. Super fun!  Love ya'll

Birthday and Mayday

My Birthday was on Wednesday. It was a really fun day. It got to about 86* and it was super nice. I just had a family party this year so I had pulled pork tacos with pita bread for dinner and a raspberry poke cake for dessert. Then I got 2 pairs of shorts, a new skirt, a sketch book, and a corkscrew board for my room. Then after that I got to go do baptisms at the temple and then the Nelsons took me out for frozen yogurt. It was really fun :D

After 8 practices for Grace, Cole, and my dad, the schools Mayday performance was Friday night. Cole was an escort for the Sophomore princess and my dad and Grace danced the senior waltz. Grace was also an extra for a couple skits and had a part in a skit that she got cake in her face in. I got to take some pictures up close because we got 4 reserved seats for being an escort. They all did a really good job!

We're counting down the days until we get to see you all again! Love you all, The Durst's
