Winter was here for us for a few days... it snowed but as soon as it hit the ground the wind blew it away. :{ we were pretty sad about that. The temps here are very cold. Last night we had a low of 9 high of 27, i guess this is coldest in like 50 years.
We were so glad that mom was able to visit us for a quick few days! It was a lot of fun, we wish it could have been longer :)
 Thursday at school Lucy ran into a pole and split her lip open, wide enough to need 3 stitches in her lip.

 Today is Tate's 11th birthday. I can't believe he is 11 already. where has the time gone??? Silly boy

in other news...

we got a new Bishop in our ward today. Some of you might know him, his name is Scott Durst!

We found out when mom was here, so we were able to share the news with her. She kept the secret good :)

It is going to be a big change for us, but he is going to do a great job.

First swim meet of the season tomorrow, so we are excited for that!
