Rad

This was one of my more exciting weeks because it was Halloween, I finally got to play volleyball post baby, and I got to run a 10k with some fun people! Meg & Joel, Dan & Stori, and sweet niece Daph! Meg pushed Stori for the first half-and I’m thinking “oh how nice of her.” Nope, she was doing it only for the GLORY! She had so many “Way to go stoller” and “Yay you are doing it?” But when I took over, I got ONE! How lame! Even though I finished the race with the stroller, someone went up to Meg and asked if she was the one who ran with the stroller and told her good job! Haha

Mom summed up our fun weekend quite nicely! I think I have a new favorite soup! Thanks Meg for making triple batch!!!! And also thanks for letting us stay and for feeding us pumpkin pancakes! :) Josh & Amanda and kids and foreigners came also, and Stori loved playing with all her cool older cousins! We made the perfect craft because it is cute, easy, and cheap!

The actual day of Halloween was uneventful this year because I had to work! (Luckily we got treats and got to dress up)! But the day before was way fun! We had a ward party with “minute to win it” games, and costume contests! Then we headed out to Mothers house and got to hang out with her! Stori was the Statue of Liberty, I was a tourist who was busy taking pictures of Lady Liberty (duh) and Dan was a NY Yankee fan also obsessed with Lady Liberty! (Also, duh). Thanks for the stuff Josh !

The weather is absolutely perfect right now and we spend most evenings walking to Porter Park. In fact, that’s where we are headed right now! Hopefully when I get back I will have a lot of blog posts to read!
